Our products are covered by the Shake-Away guarantee.

Our products are covered by the Shake-Away GUARANTEE. We will replace the product or refund your money in the event you are not satisfied. Product must be used as directed. Our Customer Service personnel are available during working hours to assist you in finding a Shake-Away product that best applies to your needs.

• Limit 1 product refund per customer
• Customer must mail in a copy of original receipt, as well as the product barcode "cut-out" from the label.
• Use of multiple addresses or P.O. Boxes to obtain multiple refunds is fraudulent and could result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (1 USC, Sections 1341-1342)
• Any claims postmarked after 60 days from the date of purchase will be ineligible
• To qualify for a refund you must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older
